On behalf of K4a students, there are 2 simple issues we need to know.
First: We’ve already started new school year for a month but we only study one of 3 subjects. That means we only have 2 months left to cram the rest. However, we still don’t have the result of the first semesters to begin those two. You know we can’t take this semester easily. We want to know WHEN will you give us the result and can we finish this second semester in time?
One more thing, according to our class members, English students are studying in room 604 and French students are studying in room 603. Now let’s look at room 603, they have rugs on the floor, they sit on comfortable soft bench, they have more electronic lights, they have water to drink every time they are in examine. And unlike them, we don’t have rug, less lights, merely sitting on ordinary wooden bench. But we have more windows, more air, more winds and more sun rays in our room. We are pleased and satisfied about what we own. Last Monday, surprisingly another air condition, more electronic lights are installed in our room and wooden tables and chairs are moved to 603. Happy, so great … so lucky lucky twice. How we adore our lovely school to give us such beautiful room. Ironically, it turns over we k4aEnglish students are playing the role of refugees. The cold reality makes us feel like … we are having ants in our paints. Our beloved teachers, please give us some explanations. Why does our school set up such priorities? Why do we have to move?

1. Why don't you email to Ms Vân or Mr. Cường (I guess :D), my dear?
2. For your 2nd issue, I guess that the France Universities (backed by its government) usually sponsor partly/wholly its education programs in French-Speaking countries. That's because of its aim to maintain the position of French language all over the world, not for commercial benefits. Therefore, they, students will have some priorities from their Universities, not really from ISVNU.
Ms Hà is still sick, and everything gets messy :(.

Honey, we students are buying the same service. Why are we not very pleased with the service?

I hope when she comes back she doesn't shout to us: “Shut up and be thankful you still have things to study”

Be objective, my friend :D. When you have both mother and father, you have more chance to have better care. If your daddy don't love you, mother is not enough :D.
There must be some reasons for that but actually when Ms. Hà's away, all of us feel no one help us to handle the issues arise :(.

As noted earlier, a day after the first entry, we presented the problem to Mrs. Van and finally got the result. I myself were impressed of how fast the problem was solved, maybe when we student have any problems we’d better apply IT to speed problem solving up by to raise our voice on the 4rum. - Our grade, what can I say?? Definitely beautiful.
- ‘bout the room … thank to teacher, we will get a new one in block D. Well, we haven’t been there yet but hopefully it’s much better.

I agreed with Mr. Cong Viet, since the day Mrs. Viet Ha called in sick, things kinda had bogged down. Looking back, I wonder if Mrs.Viet Ha could delegate her jobs to her subordinates so Mrs. Van and Mr. Cuong could share the workload with her when she couldn’t play direct role in the office and then we don’t miss 2 good lectures. Above all, we’re so sad to hear Mrs. Viet Ha is still not well. How are you now?? we’re sorry we all couldn’t visit you the other day. Wish you get well soon. If it's right then I also have something to say!
It's about the equipment in room 106 . My class (K5AH1) has been studying in that room since last year and the equipment is really suck T^T. Teachers always have trouble when using the computer. It always take a lot of time to connect teachers' laptop with the projector . Sometimes, we cannot do anything with the computer. The slide screen is blur and some color cannot appear. This year, after the summer break, we have a new problem is that the internet connection cable was damaged by RAT .:yo40::yo40:. I have announced this problem many time since last year :-s:-s, however, nothing seems to change!!!!
I don't know whether other rooms have the same problem!!??:-<

Actually we face the same troubles, my dear. By the way, I think that ISVNU should outsource cleaning service for an outsider (for example: Hoàn Mỹ ltd,). In many universities in Hanoi, they are doing the outsourcing for many years and it works perfectly. The results are clean & clear classrooms, W.C.s , halls... and I love to "faire pipi" in such place rather in ISVNU :D.
The benefits for ISVNU will be: the cleaner environment, better image and cost-effectiveness, for students: better learning conditions, hygiene and for society: more works for the ones who want to make their living, higher income for their family :D.

RAT, i hate rat ... however, if you move upper floors, u will hardly see any rat. Once, Mrs Thu - our labourer - told me that during the break time, students bring food into class then they don't throw trash away but keep them in the table. Maybe that the reason why your class attracts that vermin [Only registered and activated users can see links]
We know that only Mrs. Thu and the other person are in charged of cleaning duty. There're more things i want to discuss 'bout hygienic conditions, but i'll save it till some teacher visits this place and tell us how to deal with the projector first.

Mrs.Hà said that RAT also attacked her office :D and she did catch 2 RATs ^^.
I have no complaint about the hygienic conditions yet, I just want the projector could work well T^T. This morning we had to study without the projector again (=.=)! ...

Hehe ... "foods-help-you-get-comfortable-and health", your teachers love junk food and rats love food as well. Maybe catching mouse will soon become a sport at Training Office. Our lovely teachers have a lot of weights to lose.^^ I obviously have no problem with mouse, but yeah, the project annoys our class so much. It takes lot of time to operate and always makes our lectures and us down, as I'm sure I don't have to explain. :yo19:

I bet our room is the envy of all other students now. Well, we love our new room, it is really is adorable except the lady's room and the gentleman's room ... if someone in different block has a goggle, she may take advantage of it and have a very good view.
